Tavsif

  • Transfer and update material from Google Docs and Microsoft Word in WordPress
  • Build and format pages and articles with headings, lists, block quotes, embeds, Gutenberg blocks and other WordPress features
  • Check published content against project requirements, brand guidelines and formatting standards
  • Track drafts, handle revisions and keep version records clear
  • Apply content edits and optimisation updates from page owners and SEO editors
  • Prepare and upload digital media by renaming, compressing and optimising images and videos
  • Assign featured images and keep the WordPress Media Library organised
  • Preview website content on desktop and mobile before it goes live
  • Review links, calls to action, formatting and page layouts for a smooth user experience
  • Find and fix content publishing, styling and presentation problems
  • Use CSS to diagnose issues and make minor styling changes when needed
  • Document procedures for content uploads, version control and media management
  • Help improve content publishing workflows and processes
  • Work with content owners, SEO editors and other internal teams

Talablar

  • Prior experience with WordPress, ideally including the Gutenberg editor
  • A solid grasp of CSS and the ability to spot and troubleshoot styling and layout issues
  • A good understanding of website content formatting, structure and presentation
  • Careful attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using Google Docs and Microsoft Word
  • Experience handling and optimising digital media, including images and videos
  • Ability to consistently follow content, brand and style guidelines
  • Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Good problem-solving skills and initiative in finding and resolving publishing issues
  • Clear written communication and effective collaboration with content, SEO and other internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily content publishing
  • Basic frontend development knowledge, especially HTML and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-friendly layouts
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page content optimisation
  • Experience using browser developer tools to inspect and troubleshoot website elements
