Tavsif

  • Oversee large electrification projects from order entry through installation and commissioning.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site work across GE Vernova and subcontractors.
  • Deliver against contractual scope, cost, quality, and schedule commitments.
  • Serve as the main customer contact, managing expectations and relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with clear accountability and collaborative direction.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations and respond to changing customer and business needs.
  • Track and report milestones, business metrics, and revenue forecasts.
  • Manage project finances, including revenue, margin, costs, collections, and regional targets.
  • Conduct project reviews, financial assessments, and progress updates with customers and internal teams.
  • Lead kick-off meetings and prepare status, customer, risk, opportunity, and close-out reports.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Complete projects safely, to quality standards, on schedule, and within budget while sustaining customer satisfaction.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least five years of hands-on project management experience leading full-lifecycle delivery of complex electrical and automation systems.
  • Experience across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
  • Experience in an electrification industry such as marine, offshore energy, utilities, power systems, or process industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • U.S. citizenship or eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system for project tracking and financial management.
  • PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
  • Customer-facing experience, especially in service delivery or project execution.
  • Experience in marine, offshore, or defense industries.
  • Technical knowledge of power conversion, automation and controls, and electrical power systems.
  • Sound decision-making and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage competing responsibilities and meet commitments.
  • Ability to obtain authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information, when applicable.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, where applicable.
