Tavsif

  • Direct geological database and GIS management for exploration and development initiatives
  • Maintain geological, drilling, sampling, assay, survey, and spatial records
  • Assist with geological data collection, integration, visualization, and interpretation
  • Establish and refine data workflows, standards, documentation, and governance practices
  • Oversee data validation, version control, backups, and quality assurance controls
  • Apply geological data QA/QC procedures aligned with NI 43-101 requirements
  • Examine datasets for missing information, inconsistencies, and other quality concerns
  • Contribute to technical reports, resource evaluations, technical studies, and due diligence
  • Deliver GIS analysis and geological data support to exploration and development teams
  • Assemble, integrate, and interpret geological and spatial data
  • Produce maps, figures, presentations, data packages, and related technical deliverables
  • Advise on geological databases, GIS platforms, and digital geological workflows
  • Work with geologists, engineers, consultants, and technical specialists across projects and jurisdictions
  • Recommend enhancements to data quality, system performance, reporting efficiency, and data management
  • Help advance digital tools, workflows, and supporting technologies
  • Follow applicable safety, environmental, social, and operational standards
  • Travel periodically to project sites in the United States as required

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in geology, GIS, geomatics, earth sciences, or a related field
  • At least five years of relevant experience in geological data management, GIS, exploration, mining, or a comparable technical setting
  • Experience using geological databases and GIS applications in mining or mineral exploration
  • Understanding of geological data structures, drilling and sampling records, assay databases, spatial datasets, and exploration workflows
  • Background in QA/QC procedures and geological data validation
  • Familiarity with NI 43-101 technical reporting and Canadian mineral exploration standards
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • High attention to detail when managing large, complex datasets
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency with GIS software, preferably ArcGIS Pro and/or QGIS
  • Experience with acQuire, MX Deposit, or comparable geological database platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, or data management tools is an asset
  • Experience creating visualizations, performing spatial analysis, and producing maps
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
