Tavsif

  • Drive registrations and revenue growth for the Workforce Center.
  • Build relationships with clients, partners, and associations to raise the Center’s community profile.
  • Identify prospects, arrange meetings, assess business needs, prepare proposals, and secure training engagements.
  • Achieve sales goals and performance measures that support revenue growth for the University’s Workforce Center.
  • Create and carry out account plans and initiatives to build awareness.
  • Present organizations with additional services and solutions from the University’s Workforce Center.
  • Represent continuing education at events for business professionals.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and prospective customers.
  • Support the Workforce Center’s day-to-day operations.
  • Handle other assigned duties.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Two years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong command of software systems, including a customer relationship management (CRM) platform such as Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated success selling services to corporations.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to negotiate with corporate clients.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours.
  • Marketing, sales, or public relations experience preferred.
