Tavsif

  • Lead Stranger Soccer UAE’s content, social media, and SEO operations
  • Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Stories, match highlights, and promotions
  • Create game announcements, event campaigns, sponsor materials, and player-focused graphics
  • Write captions, community updates, event descriptions, and marketing copy
  • Work with the UAE-based videographer on shot briefs, footage reviews, and quality feedback
  • Manage Instagram feeds, Reels, Stories, and Highlights
  • Grow TikTok through native, trend-led content with at least 4–5 posts each week
  • Maintain the Facebook presence and cross-post appropriate content
  • Build weekly and monthly content calendars around games and marketing activations
  • Respond to direct messages, comments, and player questions
  • Prepare monthly social media performance reports
  • Drive organic search performance for high-intent football keywords in the UAE
  • Use Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console for keyword research and SEO planning
  • Optimise website pages through titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and schema markup
  • Publish 2–4 SEO-focused blog articles each month, ranging from 800 to 1,500 words
  • Manage and improve the Google Business Profile through weekly updates, review generation, and Q&A
  • Find backlink partnerships and relevant outreach opportunities
  • Deliver monthly SEO reports on rankings, organic traffic, and leading content
  • Schedule content around games, campaigns, and community events
  • Run campaigns for Ramadan football, National Day, Dubai Fitness Challenge, holidays, venue launches, and pass launches
  • Track competitors across social platforms and SEO
  • Find and develop stories from the player community
  • Meet targets for onboarding, TikTok growth, Instagram engagement, SEO rankings, content planning, and booking generation

Talablar

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media or content, preferably with a sports, fitness, hospitality, or community brand
  • At least 2 years of practical SEO experience, including Google ranking results, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy
  • A portfolio of short-form video work, including Reels or TikToks, with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated graphic design experience using Canva Pro or Adobe Suite
  • Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
  • Fluent English and strong writing skills with a warm, professional brand voice
  • Ability to work independently across UAE and Philippines time zones during the required hours
  • Experience with a community-focused, subscription, or membership business is a plus
  • A personal interest in football or team sports is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with the UAE market, expatriate culture, or the MENA region is a plus
  • Experience with Google Ads or paid social is a plus
  • Basic Arabic is a plus
  • A complete portfolio link with short-form video editing, graphic design, and writing samples is required
  • Two case studies with specific performance figures are required
  • A 1–2-minute introductory video is required
