  • Turn strategic plans into actionable editorial plans.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars.
  • Write content briefs that support each client’s communication goals.
  • Work with Design and Audiovisual Production teams to choose formats, approaches, and narratives.
  • Coordinate editorial adaptations across specialties.
  • Tailor content to audience language and behavior and each platform’s goals.
  • Choose formats and approaches to improve performance on each channel.
  • Meet leadership’s deadlines and editorial standards.
  • Draft and refine briefs, copy, and captions.
  • Shape strategic goals into editorial narratives for different audiences and platforms.
  • Check content for quality, consistency, clarity, and alignment before publication.
  • Plan and publish posts across digital platforms.
  • Manage online communities.
  • Set publishing dates and times.
  • Track the performance of content, formats, and channels.
  • Use performance findings to identify improvements.
  • Follow platform trends, features, and changes.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience in editorial strategy, social media, or digital content operations.
  • Experience creating content briefs, editorial calendars, and content plans.
  • Experience publishing content and managing online communities.
  • Experience collaborating with Design, Audiovisual Production, and Content Strategy professionals.
  • Excellent writing skills and native-level Portuguese proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of major digital platforms, including their language, formats, and best practices.
  • Understanding of content consumption and how to adapt narratives for different channels.
  • Ability to interpret metrics and use them to guide editorial decisions.
  • Experience with content publishing, monitoring, or social media management tools such as Buzzmonitor, Sprinklr, Emplifi (Socialbakers), MLabs, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, performance analytics, and social listening tools.
  • Preferred: experience managing content operations for multiple brands; knowledge of copywriting and storytelling; experience with social listening and content intelligence; knowledge of LLMs, AI Search, and zero-click experiences; familiarity with the attention economy, audience retention, and hooks; or experience applying AI to content.
  • Key strengths include organization, prioritization, clear and collaborative communication, editorial thinking, strategic vision, analytical ability, attention to detail, and adaptability.
