Tavsif

  • Lead assigned topic areas and content clusters
  • Build subject-matter knowledge through primary research, customer demonstrations, and discussions with sales and customer success teams
  • Learn Lumiform’s product and tailor content to specific use cases and competitor comparisons
  • Create benchmark reports and original research by defining concepts, angles, metrics, and data sources
  • Investigate internal and external data to produce rigorous reports suitable for citation by journalists and industry organisations
  • Partner with marketing managers to distribute research to relevant audiences
  • Write industry-specific app-use pages for areas including HACCP, fire safety, and vehicle inspections
  • Produce listicles, competitor comparisons, alternative pages, customer stories, newsletters, and other marketing content
  • Publish and maintain content in WordPress
  • Apply SEO and AEO principles
  • Enhance existing content for quality, relevance, structure, and performance
  • Turn demo and customer-call insights into FAQs and on-page answers addressing prospect objections

Talablar

  • At least four years of content marketing experience
  • Substantial experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong analytical ability and a degree from a top university
  • Native-level English writing ability
  • Ability to create publication-quality English content for an international audience
  • Demonstrated independent research skills, including primary-source research, reliability assessment, and original analysis
  • Ability to quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar regulated subjects
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand how products work and the problems they address
  • Ability to use AI for research and drafting while applying human judgment through revision, restructuring, and original interpretation
  • Clear, creative, approachable, and human writing style
  • Ability to independently suggest original topics and research reports
  • Reliable, diligent, proactive, accurate, quality-conscious, and consistent working style
  • Strong preference for experience creating benchmark reports, surveys, or other original research content
  • Strong preference for familiarity with WordPress
  • Strong preference for basic SEO skills, including keyword research, keyword placement, headings, internal linking, and content optimisation
  • Familiarity with answer engine optimisation (AEO)
  • Preferred experience writing about regulated or technical areas such as food safety, quality, EHS, or logistics
