Draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and conduct legal research
Represent clients in disputes involving community associations, property, and contracts

Attend occasional evening meetings

Talablar

At least three years of civil litigation experience
Active license to practice law in California
Must reside in California
Strong legal writing, research, organizational, and client communication abilities
Available for occasional evening meetings
Experience with HOA or community association litigation is preferred
Trial experience is a strong advantage
