Assembler

Tavsif

  • Develop and update 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings in SolidWorks
  • Update legacy 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD
  • Create and revise product labels, label drawings, and related documentation
  • Produce manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and supporting technical documents
  • Manage engineering documents in SolidWorks PDM while maintaining revision control and document integrity
  • Support new product development with design concepts, prototype records, and production-ready drawing packages
  • Process engineering changes through quality and regulatory systems
  • Create and maintain bills of materials and product structures
  • Work with Manufacturing Engineering to confirm designs are manufacturable, serviceable, and compliant
  • Partner with Purchasing, Quality, Product Service, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to resolve design and documentation issues
  • Work with vendors to obtain technical data, specifications, quotations, and prototype parts
  • Assemble engineering documentation packages for product releases, design changes, and manufacturing support
  • Conduct basic tolerance stack-up analyses and assist with fit, form, and function evaluations
  • Maintain part libraries, design standards, templates, and engineering databases
  • Ensure drawings and documentation follow company standards, drafting practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and perform other assigned duties

Talablar

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • An associate degree in drafting, CAD technology, engineering technology, mechanical design, or a related technical discipline is preferred
  • Three to five years of experience developing and maintaining 3D CAD models and engineering drawings in manufacturing is preferred
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D modeling, assembly design, and detailed drawing creation
  • Experience developing 2D drawings in AutoCAD
  • Experience with SolidWorks PDM or a comparable document management system
  • Experience creating and maintaining engineering drawings, assembly documentation, and bills of materials
  • Familiarity with engineering change management and document control procedures
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and design-for-manufacturing principles
  • Ability to interpret engineering specifications, sketches, and technical requirements
  • Basic knowledge of GD&T and ANSI Y14.5 standards
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of quality systems, GMP, and ISO 13485 requirements is preferred
  • Basic understanding of engineering mathematics, including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
  • SolidWorks certification is preferred
  • Successful applicants must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based
