Build referral partnerships for The Recovery Village’s behavioral healthcare treatment services. Lead ethical admissions outreach across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
Tavsif
- Oversee and expand referral partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Develop consultative relationships and act as a trusted behavioral healthcare resource
- Generate admissions through ethical, relationship-focused outreach
- Represent a nationally recognized treatment organization across the Dallas–Fort Worth market
- Provide reliable communication and follow-up to referral partners
Talablar
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or a related discipline is preferred
- At least one year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management is required
- Behavioral healthcare industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-directed approach with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Commitment to helping others and creating meaningful impact
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfy safety and company insurance requirements
