Administrative Assistant, Sales — Uline, Kenosha On-Site
Support Uline’s sales team at its Kenosha facility through customer communication, order processing, reporting, quoting, and department projects.
Tavsif
- Respond to customer calls and emails on behalf of the Sales Representative team
- Prepare reports and analyze data trends
- Place customer orders and request quotes
- Process vendor pricing requests
- Use sound business judgment and discretion when managing assignments and projects
- Provide on-site administrative support to Uline’s Kenosha Sales team
- Manage communications and coordinate special department projects
Talablar
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of office experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Ability to work on-site
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
