Tavsif

  • Investigate aged debtor accounts to determine the causes of delayed cash collections.
  • Resolve overdue payments and escalate complex or disputed matters to line management.
  • Track and evaluate financial data through established systems and processes.
  • Compile information from standard sources and enter it into approved reporting formats.
  • Collect and assess risk data, recommending cases that require additional investigation.
  • Create moderately complex documents with standard office software and consolidate data for reporting.
  • Address routine functional questions in line with established procedures and precedents.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Comply with organizational policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and conduct standards.
  • Build process and technical capabilities through assessments, development plans, training, and coaching.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least one year of relevant experience; P2P travel and expense or royalty experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Capacity to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use enterprise AI tools and technologies in support of technical workflows and business goals.
  • Practical experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems, typically 7 to 12 months.
  • Very limited management experience, typically 0 to 3 months.
  • Intermediate knowledge of financial accounting, data control, budgeting and controls, numerical analysis, verbal communication, data interpretation, review and reporting, analytical process methods, gap analysis, management accounting, financial analysis, costing and budgeting, and risk management.
  • Experience using standard office equipment and software packages.
