Tavsif

  • Manage and monitor agent payment processes for Paraguay and Uruguay.
  • Review, analyze, and reconcile administrative and financial information.
  • Track documentation, due dates, and deadlines.
  • Identify discrepancies and follow up until they are resolved.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agents to ensure payments are handled correctly.
  • Prepare and maintain area reports and performance indicators.
  • Recommend improvements to administrative processes.
  • Support clear, efficient communication and collaboration among involved teams.
  • Assist with other administrative activities related to the team’s operations.

Talablar

  • University or technical education in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, accounting, or finance role; senior-level experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel and administrative management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive and self-directed in identifying and resolving issues.
