Opis

  • Design product workflows around customer processes and business goals.
  • Validate web application processes through structured internal user acceptance testing.
  • Build complex platform configurations, automations and data flows.
  • Work with project and implementation managers to assess technical needs and plan onboarding and expansion work.
  • Maintain configuration and workflow documentation for customers and internal teams.
  • Train customers and colleagues in solution design and best practices.
  • Use implementation feedback to guide product and process improvements.
  • Help integrate third-party software and equipment, including cameras, printers, local networks and shared folders.
  • Maintain required certification and follow information security policies.
  • Meet time-to-value and onboarding targets.
  • Keep configurations accurate and stable, minimizing rework after launch.
  • Support customer satisfaction, adoption of advanced features and workflows, and efficient delivery of complex solutions.

Zahteve

  • At least three years of experience in solution architecture, systems configuration or technical implementation.
  • Ability to interpret complex process maps and business rules and translate them into working systems.
  • Experience with configurable platforms, workflow engines or enterprise software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical and written literacy.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server technologies, including RDP, IIS configuration, server roles and features.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server database technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtual machines, networking fundamentals and storage.
  • Existing right to work in the UK.
