Opis

  • Lead web projects from start to finish for the Post Purchase Experience team.
  • Own key post-purchase journeys, including order and delivery tracking, notification management, driver ratings, and in-app drop-off photos.
  • Build and maintain web products such as Diner Web, Delivery Tracking Web DaaS, notification templates, and PPX BFF integrations.
  • Turn product briefs into technical plans by investigating options, writing specifications, managing launches, and leading post-launch reviews.
  • Define JSON contracts and API endpoints with Backend partners.
  • Set up custom metrics, telemetry, and Datadog dashboards with Product.
  • Work with Mobile, Backend, Product, Design, and Data Science teams.
  • Deliver features using modern feature flagging practices.
  • Guide web standards across the broader Diner Web ecosystem.

Zahteve

  • At least five years of professional software engineering experience focused on modern web applications.
  • Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, or comparable web frameworks.
  • Experience carrying complex features from Figma product design and API contract definition through implementation, release, and post-launch telemetry.
  • Practical experience with feature management tools such as DevCycle, LaunchDarkly, or Optimizely for controlled rollouts and A/B tests.
  • Experience establishing production observability with Datadog, Sentry, or similar tools.
  • Experience participating in on-call rotations and triaging production incidents (SEVs).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort leading discussions across Web, Mobile, Backend, Product, Design, and QA.
  • Backend-for-frontend architecture or Node.js service experience is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Spinnaker, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, logistics, or real-time tracking is a plus.
