Opis

  • Design IT solutions for large projects and programs using Desjardins Group architecture targets and shared platforms.
  • Align proposed solutions with the organization’s structure, evolving needs, and existing architecture.
  • Guide business partners and stakeholders through complex, innovative solution architecture initiatives.
  • Recommend IT development and implementation strategies that meet architecture targets.
  • Create specialized deliverables for projects with substantial operational and conceptual complexity.
  • Advise on application solutions and operations architecture, and integrate across delivery teams.
  • Support business partners and stakeholders in planning, developing, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate technical guidance on topics that require stakeholder agreement.
  • Create and maintain policies, standards, architecture targets, and their supporting foundations.
  • Assess potential IT solutions and issues, and escalate major concerns.
  • Set guidelines and advise decision-making groups and committees.
  • Represent the unit at senior management committees and decision-making forums.
  • Represent Desjardins in negotiations and establish agreements with external partners and organizations.
  • Advise, coach, and serve as a subject matter expert and resource for senior management and decision-making groups.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • At least eight years of relevant experience.
  • Alternative combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • French proficiency is required.
  • Expertise spanning several IT areas, including data, applications, security, and infrastructure.
