Opis

  • Create and maintain leadership dashboards, productivity trackers, and key performance indicators.
  • Write complex backend queries for dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
  • Communicate findings using data visualization tools.
  • Use industry benchmarks to contextualize visual metrics.
  • Track and share trends in quality and spending metrics.
  • Investigate, prioritize, document, and resolve data quality issues from internal and external sources.
  • Develop and run tests to assess large data streams.
  • Review year-end performance and claims data, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Gather, clean, and organize data from payer portals, prescription claims, SFTP locations, and internal databases.
  • Use advanced SQL in Snowflake for analysis and reporting quality checks.
  • Build complex formulas and templates in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Document analytics, source-of-truth data structures, and peer coverage plans.
  • Help coordinate work, mentor junior analysts, plan training, and review work products.
  • Act as a data subject matter expert and represent the manager at meetings when needed.
  • Coordinate communication within the department and across teams.
  • Complete other assigned duties.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least four years managing, analyzing, quality-checking, and auditing healthcare or payer data.
  • Intermediate SQL programming skills; Snowflake experience is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, nested functions, and pivot tables.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Proactive approach and demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of value-based care or Alternative Payment Models, Medicare, and non-MSSP quality measures.
  • Experience using statistical tools such as R or Stata.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for extended periods.
