- Create static and animated ads for Meta and Google, focused on driving conversions
- Edit long-form and short-form video
- Develop storytelling and visuals from initial concept through final delivery
- Produce motion graphics and animation
- Review performance data with marketers and refine creative based on results
- Work with the Creative Strategist to turn briefs into finished ads
- Suggest visual concepts, formats, and execution approaches
- Use AI tools to speed up design, editing, retouching, and creative variations
- Maintain organized asset libraries, templates, and project files
Zahteve
- Experience creating graphic design, animation, and video content for performance marketing
- Understand how design influences CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Practical experience using AI tools in creative workflows
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
