Opis

  • Lead engineering for GitLab Dedicated, a premium single-tenant SaaS platform serving regulated industries and public-sector enterprises.
  • Set the platform strategy and roadmap, scale for customer growth, and align its architecture with GitLab’s cellular model.
  • Work with Product and executive leaders on growth, reliability, customer onboarding, infrastructure efficiency, and self-service administration.
  • Lead teams focused on tenant orchestration and integrations, resilience and incident response, the Switchboard control plane, public-sector compliance, and enterprise migration tools.
  • Deliver GitLab Dedicated for Government, covering AWS GovCloud infrastructure, FedRAMP operations and audit readiness, air-gapped isolation, and public-sector features.
  • Make enterprise migrations predictable and low-disruption with repeatable self-service tools and guided workflows.
  • Hire and develop engineering managers across distributed teams, incorporating AI-enabled workflows.
  • Align customer commitments, architecture, and investment with Product, Security, and Customer Support.

Zahteve

  • Experience leading engineering organizations operating large-scale enterprise SaaS infrastructure and cloud platforms, whether single-tenant or multi-tenant.
  • A demonstrated record of improving production reliability, reducing operational toil, or lowering infrastructure costs on a platform you owned.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud-native and cellular architectures, Infrastructure as Code, and modular services that deploy and scale independently across cloud environments.
  • Experience delivering and operating enterprise services under strict compliance frameworks, such as FedRAMP and AWS GovCloud.
  • Experience leading organizational change, including adopting AI-enabled workflows to improve engineering efficiency.
  • Ability to turn financial targets into engineering investments, staffing plans, and delivery roadmaps.
  • A leadership approach centered on ownership, timely execution with quality, and customer outcomes.
