Opis

  • Manage the system security authorization package in eMASS.
  • Develop and maintain RMF documentation, including SSPs, SARs, continuous monitoring strategies, and security control evidence.
  • Lead evidence review and validation for the NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 4 to Rev. 5 transition.
  • Create and track POA&Ms in eMASS and internal ticketing systems.
  • Coordinate with system owners, cloud architects, engineers, and administrators on remediation schedules, risk reduction, and resource needs.
  • Review compliance closures and remediation evidence for ISSM and AO approval.
  • Assess technical and operational impacts of directed cyber tasks on cARMY AWS architecture, workloads, and cloud boundaries.
  • Conduct and review DISA STIG and SRG assessments using STIG Viewer and automated compliance tools.
  • Integrate vulnerability analysis, secure configuration checks, and DevSecOps practices into Agile GitLab CI/CD workflows.
  • Oversee continuous monitoring and vulnerability scans using ACAS and related tools.
  • Maintain cybersecurity dashboards and track POA&M aging, vulnerability trends, security tickets, incident response, and change approvals.

Zahteve

  • Hold an active Secret security clearance.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, information assurance, RMF, or secure systems operations.
  • Hold an active DoDI 8140 qualification.
  • Understand DoD cloud security, including AWS GovCloud and Azure IL5/IL6, Zero Trust, and hybrid architectures.
  • Be familiar with Agile development, DevSecOps principles, and secure system lifecycle planning.
  • Communicate effectively and explain complex architectural concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Have experience developing or maintaining RMF authorization artifacts and managing POA&Ms in eMASS or similar authorization workflows.
  • Have practical experience applying NIST SP 800-53 controls, DoD STIGs, and security assessment requirements.
  • Have experience in cloud security operations, vulnerability management, or security monitoring in AWS or another cloud environment.
  • Have experience working with technical and program stakeholders to resolve security findings and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting Army or DoD programs.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with AWS Security Hub, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, EvaluateSTIG, ACAS, STIG Viewer, Power BI, ServiceNow, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Preferred: Experience with containerized workloads, cloud-native services, Linux, databases, web servers, or enterprise system baselines.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SAFe and incremental delivery cycles.
