Opis

  • Manage accounting operations across multiple business lines and consolidated reporting
  • Direct the month-end close, emphasizing accuracy, timeliness, and ongoing process improvement
  • Oversee annual audits, general ledger accounting, treasury, accounts receivable and billing, and accounts payable
  • Lead, develop, and support a small team of accounting professionals
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages with financial statements, presentation materials, and variance-focused commentary for leadership
  • Help lead Third Wave’s transition to a new ERP platform, including data flows, growth-oriented system configuration, and group-reporting integration
  • Collaborate with the Pine Services Group accounting team on audits, capital expenditures, sales tax, and consolidation
  • Strengthen systems, controls, and reporting processes as the business grows

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
  • Current or recently active CPA license, or equivalent qualification
  • At least eight years of progressive accounting experience, including people management
  • Proven ownership of month-end close and financial reporting processes
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, especially ASC 606 revenue and cost recognition
  • Practical experience with mid-market ERP platforms such as Business Central or Acumatica
  • Advanced Excel capability and experience creating executive-ready reports
  • Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and consistent deadline ownership
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and assume broader responsibilities
  • Experience within a private equity-backed or publicly traded organization
  • Experience implementing or migrating ERP systems
  • Professional services, consulting, or technology services background
  • Experience with Power BI
