Senior Controller

Opis
- Build and oversee budgeting processes, including planning, forecasting, and regular forecast updates.
- Prepare and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Deliver management reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Produce internal reports, monitor budgets, and explain variances.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and partner with managers on operational decisions.
- Develop forecasting models.
- Create management reports and KPI dashboards with modern business intelligence tools.
- Automate reporting workflows, including ETL and data modeling.
- Work closely with executive management, Accounting, and Sales.
- Report to the Head of Finance.
Zahteve
- Degree in Business Administration or Business Information Systems with a focus on Controlling.
- Several years of professional experience in Controlling.
- Experience in financial controlling, consulting, auditing, or corporate finance is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, databases, analytics tools, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Sound judgment in assessing the meaning and implications of KPIs.
