Opis

  • Create and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and apps.
  • Turn business needs and acceptance criteria into intuitive report layouts, navigation, filters, drillthroughs, and visual interactions.
  • Manage daily Power BI operations, including workspaces, tenant settings, licenses, capacity coordination, content organization, publishing standards, and platform health.
  • Develop, validate, and optimize complex SQL queries using governed views and approved data products.
  • Build and support reusable Power BI semantic models with relationships, measures, DAX, Power Query transformations, and documentation.
  • Create and verify reusable DAX measures and calculations.
  • Prototype and refine report interfaces using stakeholder feedback and business value.
  • Apply approved AI tools to report design, SQL and DAX work, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and learning; verify results and safeguard confidential information.
  • Release and maintain report and app content using established processes.
  • Partner with engineering and security teams on row-level security, permissions, workspace roles, gateways, refreshes, Azure, and Fabric.
  • Coordinate Power BI connectivity, gateway and refresh problems, and platform incidents.
  • Help resolve report defects, data questions, and adoption needs through the appropriate channels.
  • Develop reusable report templates, document report logic and usage, and guide authorized report authors.
  • Contribute to requirements reviews, user acceptance testing, and release checks.
  • Carry out other assigned responsibilities and duties.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least four years of professional experience creating business intelligence reports and semantic models with Power BI or a comparable enterprise BI platform.
  • Strong report design and user experience capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data exploration, and query validation.
  • Practical experience with Power BI Desktop and Service, including semantic models, relationships, DAX, Power Query (M), publishing, apps, and report troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing Power BI workspaces, apps, content lifecycles, and basic tenant or capacity settings in a governed production environment.
  • Experience translating defined business requirements into work, validating calculations and data with stakeholders, and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Comfort with approved AI tools, including the judgment to validate results and protect sensitive information.
  • Working knowledge of workspace roles, Build permissions, and row-level security.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with business partners and engineers remotely.
  • Internal candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and have no recent disciplinary actions.
