Opis

  • Work with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, high-performing features for more than 100 million customers.
  • Shape multi-quarter engineering roadmaps with product leaders, covering new capabilities, performance improvements, and platform modernization.
  • Design, build, and maintain core components and shared libraries used by multiple teams.
  • Help set standards for consistency across platforms, scalability, and accessibility in mobile experiences.
  • Provide deep expertise in mobile performance, networking, or platform-specific UI frameworks.
  • Work with infrastructure and backend teams to improve mobile CI/CD, observability, and reliability practices.
  • Develop strategies for adopting agentic AI tools across teams, including specialized agents, skills, and tools built on open standards such as Model Context Protocol.
  • Mentor senior engineers in developing AI-native workflows.
  • Use broad knowledge of the modern mobile ecosystem to make high-impact technical contributions to complex product-area challenges.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related quantitative field, such as statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, or engineering.
  • At least six years of professional experience in software engineering, mobile architecture, and project delivery across multiple teams; internships do not count.
  • At least six years of experience building native Android or iOS applications.
  • At least three years of experience architecting or leading development of federated native mobile applications.
  • Seven or more years of experience building native Android or iOS applications.
  • Demonstrated experience with modern native UI frameworks such as SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building automated mobile test suites, using tools such as Swift Testing, XCUI, JUnit, or Espresso.
  • Demonstrated experience with modular architecture and modern state management patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience tuning and optimizing performance on native mobile platforms.
  • Experience providing technical leadership for a large product area and influencing its technical vision and roadmap.
  • Experience leading the design of components used across multiple teams or contributing to shared SDKs.
  • Experience developing and scaling client-side Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs) and defining efficient data-fetching strategies with protocols such as gRPC/Protobuf.
  • Working knowledge of on-device machine learning frameworks such as Core ML or TensorFlow Lite.
  • Expertise in release health indicators, metrics-driven staged rollouts, and feature-flag strategies.
  • Expertise with agentic AI coding tools and developer productivity practices.
