Opis

  • Create and maintain digital products for education and sports training.
  • Build full-stack tools used by students, coaches, and families, spanning data models and user interfaces.
  • Work across the technology stack and school operations, including data pipelines, AI admissions agents, and coaching tools.
  • Use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools as core parts of development.
  • Lead products from early discussions through launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Collect and incorporate feedback from students, coaches, and parents.
  • Work daily with the U.S. team and collaborate directly with company leadership.

Zahteve

  • Bring a product mindset focused on the needs of students, coaches, and parents.
  • Be an engineering generalist comfortable with mobile apps, websites, VR, games, and full-stack development.
  • Have strong daily working knowledge of Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or comparable AI coding tools.
  • Show production work in which AI coding tools played a central role.
  • Apply solid engineering fundamentals to complex debugging, API and data model design, and maintainable code.
  • Have experience maintaining stable production systems at scale.
  • Communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
  • Be able and willing to work at least 60 hours per week, including weekends.
  • Be based remotely in India.
  • Bonus: experience building production agent workflows or automations.
