Opis

  • Deliver products to customers while selling additional products, displays, and endcaps to increase account sales
  • Build and sustain relationships with current customers and prospective accounts
  • Organize daily route schedules and provide service to every assigned account
  • Load products at the warehouse and keep truck and customer inventory properly stocked
  • Follow all safety, fleet, and Department of Transportation requirements
  • Provide the District Manager with daily updates on sales, opportunities, and operations
  • Inspect the company vehicle regularly and report significant maintenance concerns
  • Record and submit daily sales transactions through handheld equipment
  • Verify that stores follow planograms and maintain displays to company standards
  • Complete end-of-day calls with the District Manager
  • Handle additional assignments such as store resets and special projects

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or GED; education beyond high school is preferred
  • Previous experience in direct-store-delivery sales and distribution
  • Capacity to work independently, organize effectively, and make sound business decisions without direct supervision
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate a DOT-certified truck up to 16 feet long
  • Clean driving history
  • Ability to pass and maintain a DOT medical examination and medical card renewed at least annually
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Well-developed organizational and time-management abilities
  • Understanding of sales methods and inventory control
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules when needed
