Opis

  • Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments and individual therapy, with audio-only sessions available when video is inaccessible.
  • Deliver brief, goal-oriented therapy using CBT, solution-focused approaches, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation.
  • Lead group therapy and support groups.
  • Support and advocate for caregivers and family members of people with dementia or serious mental illness.
  • Record treatment responses and track symptoms in the electronic medical record.
  • Take part in daily team huddles.
  • Identify social needs for the care team to address.
  • Provide telehealth therapy to adults with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and dementia as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Zahteve

  • Hold an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPC license.
  • Have held a full license for at least four years.
  • Be eligible to bill Medicare.
  • Have experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth.
  • Have experience screening, assessing, and planning treatment for common mental health or substance use disorders.
  • Have working knowledge of evidence-based brief interventions, including motivational interviewing, problem-solving treatment, and behavioral activation.
  • Have a confidential home workspace and reliable internet.
  • Be available for approximately 20 hours per week; hours may vary with patient volume.
