Opis

Respond to inbound calls and warm insurance leads.
Discuss customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits.
Convert sales leads into policyholders.
Represent Liberty Mutual in customer interactions.
Connect customers with products that fit their individual needs.
Complete paid remote training lasting 16 weeks for licensed hires or 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Earn a Property and Casualty license through paid training if needed.
Work with incoming warm leads; the role does not involve cold calling.

Zahteve

Bring at least two years of sales or service-related work experience; two to three years of sales experience is preferred.
Show strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to help close sales.
Communicate effectively with prospects and customers.
Demonstrate strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Have strong typing skills and be proficient with PCs.
Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire.
Live in one of the specified hiring locations or states.
Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day.
