  • Respond to inbound calls and warm insurance leads.
  • Discuss customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits.
  • Convert sales leads into policyholders.
  • Represent Liberty Mutual in customer interactions.
  • Connect customers with products that fit their individual needs.
  • Complete paid remote training lasting 16 weeks for licensed hires or 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Earn a Property and Casualty license through paid training if needed.

  • Bring at least two years of sales or service-related work experience; two to three years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Show strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to help close sales.

  • Have strong typing skills and be proficient with PCs.
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire.
