Opis

  • Train current dealer partners across the assigned territory.
  • Build new business sources and professional contacts.
  • Guide sales activity and account development for assigned dealers.
  • Ensure consistent quality in product and service delivery.
  • Manage a dealer portfolio, explain the Westlake Program, and grow business.
  • Present company products and services to managers at independent and franchise dealerships.
  • Identify sales opportunities and contact assigned accounts.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activity.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners.
  • Train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements through calls and in-person visits.
  • Recommend solutions and restructure vehicle loans to support profitable approvals.
  • Help dealers complete sales contracts by explaining verification requirements.
  • Keep sales materials current and maintain knowledge of financial products.
  • Take part in seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

Zahteve

  • Experience in automotive, finance, and sales is required.
  • At least one to two years of successful sales experience.
  • A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion methods.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Goal-focused, with interest in continued improvement and advancement.
  • Ability to collaborate amicably with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, or CUDL is an advantage.
  • Outside sales experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the local area to visit current and prospective clients.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
