Opis

  • Manage local marketing activation campaigns from planning through delivery.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Negotiate project costs and delivery timelines.
  • Choose suppliers suited to each project.
  • Act as the daily client contact and align work with brand and market objectives.
  • Lead retail, experiential and digital marketing activations across Germany.
  • Coordinate creative, production and strategy teams to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, schedules and reporting.

Zahteve

  • Experience in account management within the relevant service or spend areas.
  • Experience serving FMCG, retail marketing execution, or beverage clients in the German market.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • German fluency is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong project management skills; Asana experience is a bonus.
  • Understanding of German consumer behavior and retail settings.
  • Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and close attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferably experienced in resolving unexpected project issues and putting preventive measures in place.
  • Numerical ability and strong commercial understanding.
  • Able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process-oriented, with an interest in sales and business development.
  • Professional, courteous, and composed under pressure.
