Opis

  • Plan and deliver software features from start to finish
  • Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies
  • Assess component relationships and interactions to maintain system integrity
  • Promote continuous improvement and shared accountability for quality and delivery
  • Encourage responsible AI-assisted development to increase productivity and delivery speed
  • Set measurable performance goals and hold regular one-on-one meetings
  • Give feedback and oversee the employee journey from hiring and onboarding through performance reviews and management
  • Use code reviews and work assessments to raise quality and build team expertise
  • Work with senior stakeholders to offer strategic guidance and automation solutions
  • Resolve conflicts and issues with team members and stakeholders, escalating when needed
  • Motivate the software engineering team and manage its performance

Zahteve

  • At least five years of professional software development experience
  • Experience leading teams, formally or informally, on large projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience designing workflows with Pega
  • Strong case management experience, including Pega case types, stages and steps, routing, SLAs, and lifecycle automation for complex business processes
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions
  • Strong grasp of Agile principles and experience coaching teams in their use
  • Ability to manage complex project scopes and mitigate risks
  • Experience using AI for software development or leading AI adoption within a team or organization
  • Ability to lead complex Pega delivery and design workflow and case management solutions
  • Ability to mentor colleagues and coach junior team members on Agile principles
  • Ability to connect technical teams with business needs
