- Manage workloads to disburse funds to customer accounts reliably and on time.
- Enter data accurately in company systems to support a smooth disbursement experience.
- Spot errors in customer information early so customers can resubmit accurate details or loan documents.
- Contact customers to confirm cheque collection and receive physical cheques.
- Maintain records of cheques returned by partner banks.
- Use the cheque dashboard to complete required cheque actions.
- Help the team design operational processes, policies, and platform improvements.
Zahteve
- Have 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Use analytical skills to interpret data and draw insights.
- Be highly detail-oriented and well organized.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Show initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in payment operations or financial services is an advantage, but not required.
- Be able to work on-site three days per week at the BGC office.
