Opis

  • Shape Oracle Cloud Finance and Supply Chain architectures, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead Phase 0, advisory, and assessment work, from current-state and process reviews to solution vision and roadmap development.
  • Turn business requirements into practical, scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Guide clients on cross-functional processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, supply chain planning, and fulfillment.
  • Contribute to sales pursuits through discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proposals, scope definition, estimates, and executive presentations.
  • Provide architectural direction during delivery and resolve complex functional and process challenges.
  • Create reusable methods, solution assets, and intellectual property.
  • Coach colleagues and help develop the Finance and SCM practices.
  • Partner with finance leaders, client stakeholders, and Finance and technology teams throughout implementation.
  • Design, implement, and improve EPM solutions to increase accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Zahteve

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Substantial experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, with deep expertise in at least one core functional area.
  • Experience delivering full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.
  • Background in solution architecture, business process transformation, Phase 0, advisory, or assessment engagements.
  • Ability to convert business needs into workable solution designs, delivery plans, and client recommendations.
  • Experience contributing to sales pursuits, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proposals, scope definition, and estimates.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, executive presence, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Working knowledge of cross-functional Finance and Supply Chain processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, planning, and fulfillment.
  • Understanding of dependencies across costing, inventory valuation, fulfillment, revenue recognition, planning, and financial reporting.
  • Experience across multiple Oracle Cloud capabilities, including Financials and SCM.
  • Ability to work with functional, technical, delivery, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring colleagues or contributing to practice development.
  • Relevant Oracle or industry certifications are preferred.
