Opis
- Handle and process returned units (RMAs).
- Document product details, reported symptoms, and customer comments for returned items.
- Help inspect products and record their condition.
- Photograph products and record test or inspection results as instructed.
- Accurately enter information in tracking systems and dashboards.
- Look for recurring problems or patterns and share observations with the team.
- Provide clear records to support quality work and corrective actions.
- Handle, inspect, and make simple repairs to electronic boards with guidance.
- Conduct visual inspections, basic continuity checks, and simple functional tests.
- Help set up and operate production test equipment.
- Collect HVAC system data, error codes, and basic measurements.
- Help check system performance against documented requirements.
- Keep accurate records in Domo and other tracking tools.
- Prepare brief summaries or reports when requested.
Zahteve
- High school diploma or associate degree; technical coursework is an advantage.
- Two to four years in an hourly manufacturing, quality, service, or support position.
- Comfort with data entry, recordkeeping, and basic reporting.
- Basic familiarity with electronic components or mechanical systems.
- Able to follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Working knowledge of Windows.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Able to work both independently and with a team.
- Willingness to learn new processes and tools.
