Represent Mondelēz in Pittsburg-area retail stores by stocking and promoting Oreo, Ritz, and other snack brands. Manage product orders, displays, store relationships, and on-shelf availability.
Opis
- Represent Mondelēz professionally and positively in retail stores.
- Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers as a company representative.
- Visit stores daily according to DSD merchandising standards and capture display photos using DMI.
- Build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff.
- Order products on an iPad through Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked.
- Set up promotional displays and follow plans negotiated by the RTM.
- Follow the daily schedule and priorities established by the RTM.
- Support seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
- Share store insights, issues, and opportunities with the RTM and management team.
- Move products from stockrooms to sales floors and stock shelves.
Zahteve
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
- Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Pittsburg, Kansas.
- Be available to work Tuesday through Saturday.
- Be able to start by 7:00 a.m.
