Represent Mondelēz in Gladstone-area grocery stores, stocking and promoting Oreo, Ritz, and other snack brands. Manage orders, displays, store relationships, and product availability.
Opis
- Represent Mondelēz brands in stores, taking ownership of the biscuit aisle with a professional, positive approach.
- Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
- Visit stores daily and follow Mondelēz DSD merchandising standards, including photographing displays with DMI.
- Develop relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff.
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked.
- Set up promotional displays according to plans negotiated by the RTM.
- Follow the daily schedule and priorities established by the RTM.
- Assist with seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
- Share store observations, problems, and opportunities with the RTM and management team.
- Lift, bend, and move products while stocking shelves and bringing goods from stockrooms to the sales floor.
- Work four weekdays and one weekend day, with shifts beginning by 7 a.m.
Zahteve
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bring a positive, professional attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Use a personally owned vehicle with valid insurance to travel among store locations.
- Work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Repeatedly lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally push or pull loads weighing more than 50 pounds.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Gladstone, Missouri.
- Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day, starting by 7 a.m.
