Opis

  • Support the Director of Marketing with localized marketing strategies and plans.
  • Create print materials, advertisements, promotional items, and other collateral.
  • Develop digital campaigns for email, social media, landing pages, blogs, and graphics.
  • Identify marketing improvements and monitor competitor strategies.
  • Develop marketing strategies and select effective channels for target audiences.
  • Follow brand identity standards.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory and directory of sales support materials.
  • Set up tracking for marketing campaigns and online activity.
  • Manage print contractors and promotional vendors.
  • Assess the competitive landscape.
  • Share promotions and marketing materials with sales representatives.
  • Travel occasionally to branch locations or events.
  • Create branded advertising and coordinate content.
  • Build and maintain the organization’s brand across media channels.
  • Keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Work with internal departments, local sales teams, and promotional vendors.
  • Track and assess promotion results.
  • Meet marketing goals set by the Director of Marketing.
  • Complete additional projects as needed.
  • Follow DSI policies and procedures.
  • Perform some work while on the road.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least four years of professional experience in marketing, social media, communications, advertising, and/or graphic design.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, email marketing tools, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Photography and video content creation experience is a plus.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Strong graphic design skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, including consistent deadline performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects for branches across several U.S. markets.
  • Must live within reasonable driving distance of a DSI branch.
  • Ability to bend and lift items weighing up to 20 pounds as needed.
