Opis

  • Lead the pension and retirement plan actuarial unit, overseeing its strategy, client relationships, service quality, and financial results.
  • Act as the credentialed actuary of record, signing off on funding valuations and related work.
  • Bring an established client portfolio or develop one through professional credibility and relationships.
  • Set the service model, spanning actuarial consulting and broader bundled offerings.
  • Choose which tasks should transition first to AI-enabled workflows.
  • Partner with engineering to check Infinity’s calculation engine against third-party actuarial software.
  • Recruit and grow a team of analysts and support staff as the client portfolio expands.
  • Coordinate with other business unit leaders to cross-sell services to shared clients.

Zahteve

  • Hold Enrolled Actuary status, or lead an actuarial team with credentials to sign funding valuations.
  • Bring extensive experience in funding valuations, accounting disclosures, and regulatory reporting for employer-sponsored plans.
  • Have an established book of business or the credibility to build a client base quickly.
  • Be a senior practitioner or independent professional prepared to build a practice.
  • Have a clear perspective on where AI workflows can replace analyst work and how to validate their outputs.
  • Show an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Be based in the United States.
  • Be prepared to serve U.S. clients, which are the business units’ current market.
