Support DSV’s transport operations with delivery records, accounting, invoicing, and pallet logistics. The role also covers account reconciliation and coordination of transport equipment movements.
Opis
- Process proof-of-delivery records for short-haul deliveries and direct transports
- Track inventory of empty packaging and transport equipment
- Maintain destination lists for collections and deliveries
- Handle internal and inter-branch accounting
- Reconcile accounts with customers and carriers
- Arrange transport for empty Euro pallets and stillages
- Approve and record collections and deliveries of empty packaging and transport equipment
- Process incoming invoices
- Manage, inspect, and post load-securing equipment
- Transfer amounts between accounts
- Prepare outgoing invoices for transport equipment needs
- Process transport equipment balances with pallet-exchange countries
Zahteve
- Completed vocational training in freight forwarding, logistics, or business administration
- Very good German skills
- Good English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Confident, regular use of Excel
- Structured, careful, solution-oriented working style
- Able to maintain oversight and prioritize effectively in challenging situations
