Opis

  • Develop interactive self-study eLearning, virtual instructor-led training and other learning formats from approved designs, storyboards and source content
  • Create slide decks, facilitator and participant guides, pre-work, job aids, evaluation surveys, knowledge checks and other assessment tools
  • Work with Service Line Training Directors and content developers to improve, complete and brand training materials
  • Design custom multimedia interactions and reusable learning solutions
  • Use generative and embedded AI tools to produce scripts, assessments, job aids, graphics and video, checking all output for accuracy and quality
  • Evaluate new AI features and share findings with the Bonadio University team
  • Create CPE content, review questions, polls, engagement activities and final assessments in line with NASBA and AICPA standards
  • Maintain course records, word counts, CPE calculations and assessment materials for review and audit readiness
  • Review deliverables for accessibility and compliance with firm branding
  • Publish SCORM packages, and test and maintain courses in the LMS and related platforms
  • Develop reusable templates, components and assets
  • Suggest improvements to the learning development toolkit
  • Turn approved designs into finished programs and recommend efficient, effective approaches to development
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and oversee review rounds
  • Flag content gaps, dependencies, risks and obstacles
  • Oversee multiple development projects, schedules, review rounds, version control and capacity
  • Meet quality standards and delivery deadlines

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, multimedia development, digital media or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience developing multimodal training materials for adult learners
  • Advanced Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 development skills, including custom interactions
  • Strong digital media, multimedia and visual design skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • A polished, creative portfolio showing current eLearning and digital media development standards
  • Portfolio examples of custom Storyline 360 interactions, Rise 360 development, instructor-led or virtual learning materials, assessments, and at least one before-and-after example
  • Identify portfolio elements substantially generated by AI and explain your contribution
  • Availability to work additional hours during peak periods
  • Preferred: experience in professional services, accounting or a similarly regulated environment
  • Preferred: familiarity with NASBA CPE standards and QAS self-study requirements
  • Preferred: advanced video editing, audio, motion animation or graphic design skills with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Camtasia or Vyond
  • Preferred: experience publishing and troubleshooting LMS content with SCORM or xAPI
  • Preferred: experience developing virtual classroom materials in Microsoft Teams
  • Preferred: experience creating workflow-embedded learning, performance support, or scalable learning products and systems
