Opis

  • Clarify client goals, assess existing processes, and define transformation needs.
  • Create proposals and solution recommendations that draw on client needs, Broadridge offerings, and its tools and methods.
  • Lead projects from discovery and requirements through solution design, implementation, and delivery.
  • Assess business processes and potential solutions, then recommend improvements using structured problem-solving.
  • Use financial services knowledge and business drivers to shape practical recommendations for clients.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders, business teams, and technical specialists to align work and support implementation.
  • Guide team members on project and technical work, and contribute to their development.
  • Explain complex business and technical topics clearly to different audiences.
  • Use generative AI to prepare client deliverables and proposals, checking outputs for accuracy and quality.
  • Meet quality standards and follow relevant policies, procedures, and delivery guidelines.

Zahteve

  • Experience working for or advising broker-dealers, institutional or wealth managers, financial market utilities such as clearing corporations, or similar financial services organizations.
  • Advisory experience at an established consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to turn business needs into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work across business and technology teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Experience prompting advanced generative AI models to create client-ready deliverables, proposals, and other business content.
  • Preferred: Experience creating reusable AI agent instructions, Markdown workflows, or recipes for recurring multistep outputs.
  • Preferred: Experience configuring Model Context Protocol (MCP), command-line interfaces (CLIs), or similar integrations.
  • Preferred: Technical data skills, such as SQL, Python, ETL/ELT frameworks, Snowflake, Databricks, data modeling, or ontology development.
  • Preferred: Financial modeling skills.
  • Must work in the office two days per week.
