International Trade Analyst (Fixed-Term)
Manage Nestlé’s international payments and collections, including trade documentation, taxes, and bank and supplier reconciliations. Support foreign trade operations for a food and beverage company.
Opis
- Manage overseas transfers for goods (IG – THIRD) and services (THIRD).
- Review customs documentation for compliance with foreign exchange regulations.
- Review contracts and certificates of residence required for service payments.
- Scan foreign trade and customs invoices.
- Process transit cases exceeding 60 days, including invoice registration and payment.
- Reconcile bank and supplier balances.
- Review the customs account.
- Reconcile intragroup transactions.
- Submit tax withholding offsets.
- Monitor export collections and advance payments.
- Review third-party services.
- Send third-party VAT details to the tax team.
- Respond to supplier claims.
- Track submission of applications required by Argentina’s Central Bank (BCRA).
- Follow up on open items.
- Coordinate actions to ensure overseas payments and collections, then reconcile them.
Zahteve
- Advanced student or graduate in Foreign Trade.
- At least one year of experience in foreign trade payments is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and well organized.
- Experience using SAP is preferred.
- Intermediate English; this is not a strict requirement.
