Opis

  • Manage inbound sales from first contact through close.
  • Lead prospects through each stage of product production.
  • Address objections and present THE/STUDIO as a safer alternative to sourcing risks.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of repeat customers.
  • Turn first-time buyers into long-term business partners.
  • Oversee a high-volume sales pipeline in Pipedrive.
  • Maintain a swift sales cadence and accurate CRM records.
  • Work with Lead Generation, Production, and Design colleagues.
  • Monitor orders and follow up after purchase.
  • Advise creators and brand founders on developing products.
  • Share customer insights to inform product direction, workflows, and company strategy.

Zahteve

  • Bring 2–5 years of recent sales experience with quota responsibility.
  • Account Executive or consultative inside sales experience is preferred.
  • Show a record of managing high volumes of inbound leads in an SMB, technology, or service business.
  • Communicate and present exceptionally well in writing and conversation.
  • Confidently advise creators and brand founders over video calls.
  • Use CRM workflows proficiently; experience with Pipedrive is a strong advantage.
  • Manage fast-paced, structured email sequences.
  • Have an interest in apparel, custom goods, or manufacturing; this is a strong plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a major advantage.
  • Have a laptop or desktop computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.
  • Maintain a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Have a quiet, professional space for calls.
  • Demonstrate professional English proficiency at C1/C2 level; this is essential.
  • Submit a resume or CV in English.
