Opis

  • Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments
  • Use energy efficiency software to model homes and prepare savings reports
  • Identify household energy use issues
  • Recommend efficiency improvements, including insulation, LED lighting, and high-efficiency HVAC systems
  • Generate sales and secure service contracts
  • Support customers and explain the benefits of energy efficiency
  • Apply sales techniques to promote satisfaction and referrals
  • Help customers complete required paperwork
  • Install energy-saving products during assessments, such as thermostats, water-saving devices, and power strips
  • Submit paperwork accurately and promptly
  • Build product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing learning
  • Keep current with energy-saving products and technologies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to cross-sell products and services
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation for work travel
  • BPI certification is a plus
  • Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the Mass Save program is a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, primarily in the field
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to work in customer environments, including attics, basements, confined spaces, rooftops, and outdoors
  • Ability to stand, bend, crawl, and kneel in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, work on roofs, and safely use stairs
  • Ability to travel in a personal vehicle
