Full Stack Java Engineer — Remote (New York)
Build Java, React, and cloud-native applications for workforce management and customer experience. Develop scalable services and integrations, and support CI/CD and production operations at Miratech.
Opis
- Design and maintain scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
- Build web applications with React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interactions.
- Develop and use REST APIs; maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and error handling.
- Create modular solutions using microservices, object-oriented design, and event-driven patterns.
- Use Node.js for lightweight services, backend-for-frontend components, integrations, or development tools.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries for integrity, performance, and audit history.
- Build and support integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, webhooks, messaging, and related patterns.
- Containerize applications and contribute to cloud deployment, configuration management, and consistent environments.
- Develop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, quality gates, and repeatable deployments.
- Add structured logging, metrics, tracing, and actionable error reporting to applications.
- Resolve functional and production issues and improve performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and engineering colleagues in design sessions, code reviews, planning, and continuous improvement.
Zahteve
- Bring at least five years of full-stack software development experience, including work on production applications.
- Have hands-on Java and Spring experience, especially with Spring Boot, REST services, persistence, security, and automated testing.
- Have frontend experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based design, state management, and modern testing practices.
- Be familiar with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.
- Have experience building REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.
- Have strong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database.
- Have experience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.
- Communicate clearly, write technical documentation, and participate in client-facing workshops.
- Know OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API design.
- Have experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging and event-streaming technologies.
- Be familiar with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, observability tools, and secure software delivery practices.
- Have experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Experience (CX), contact center, or customer service solutions.
- Have experience with AWS, Amazon Connect, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Twilio, or similar communications technologies.
- Understand workforce optimization and contact center operations, including forecasting, scheduling, routing, and adherence.
- Have experience integrating enterprise applications with CRM, HR, identity, payroll, and analytics platforms.
- Be familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
