Opis

  • Create and launch customer-facing experiences for AI communication agents across voice, SMS, and email.
  • Lead frontend decisions from architecture and implementation through production and ongoing improvement.
  • Work with Product and Design to turn changing customer needs into intuitive, scalable experiences.
  • Develop fast, responsive, reliable interfaces for real-time AI agent interactions.
  • Partner with backend engineers to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences across the AI communication platform.
  • Develop new experiences for AI-powered workflows and help guide frontend architecture.

Zahteve

  • Demonstrated success taking customer-facing products from concept through launch.
  • Able to explain technical decisions and lessons clearly.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems without predefined answers.
  • Strong technical expertise, including the ability to work through implementation details.
  • Experience with React and TypeScript.
  • At least five years of individual contributor experience in software engineering.
  • Experience with AI products, conversational AI, communication platforms, or SMS compliance systems is an advantage.
  • Able to work in person at least three days per week at the Toronto or San Francisco office.
