Opis
- Underwrite and service new and renewal environmental insurance accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with broker partners.
- Manage capacity, risk appetite, and portfolio profitability.
- Lead marketing initiatives and strengthen broker relationships.
- Provide customer service, technical expertise, and underwriting support.
- Build new business through active marketing, cross-selling, industry events, and broker pipeline reports.
- Coordinate complex global insurance programs with colleagues worldwide.
- Create client solutions with Risk Consultants, Product Development, and Claims teams.
- Lead and contribute to business projects that affect EIL results.
- Mentor junior underwriters and help strengthen their underwriting skills and broker relationships.
Zahteve
- Bring at least five years of environmental underwriting experience.
- Environmental consulting experience is a plus.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external broker partners.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills and analyze complex information from multiple sources.
- Communicate ideas clearly in writing and conversation.
- Use thought leadership to persuade and motivate others.
- Bring a practical, solution-focused approach and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Use AI tools to support daily work, improve efficiency, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Hold a degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or Biology.
