Opis

  • Maintain and strengthen Teckro’s infrastructure to support scale, reliability, and security.
  • Partner with software development and QA teams to deliver dependable, secure solutions.
  • Suggest improvements to the architecture and technology stack.
  • Share practical guidance, help colleagues, and document solutions and lessons learned.
  • Build services, controls, and patterns for secure, privacy-conscious cloud solutions.
  • Apply security best practices across infrastructure and deployment workflows.
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create automation with Python, Bash, Terraform, and configuration management tools.
  • Monitor and resolve infrastructure, deployment, performance, and application lifecycle issues.
  • Help respond to and resolve incidents.
  • Take part in the on-call rotation.
  • Join technical discussions and help improve system performance.
  • Automate operational processes and deploy applications.

Zahteve

  • Experience in regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Experience contributing to platform or infrastructure work at an early-stage or growing technology company.
  • Strong grasp of reusable, maintainable software and modular infrastructure design.
  • An interest in developer experience and the ability to shape infrastructure around product and engineering needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Careful attention to detail and commitment to reliable, accurate operations.
  • A learning mindset and interest in ongoing improvement.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or platform engineering.
  • Substantial experience with AWS services, including EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, OpenSearch, and Lambda.
  • Practical experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, deployments, and performance issues.
  • Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake or orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with data pipeline design, ETL/ELT processes, and data workload performance optimization.
  • Experience applying cloud security best practices.
  • Evidence of taking ownership of systems or platform components.
  • Strong communication and ability to work across engineering teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to shape engineering standards and set a strong example.
  • At least three years of experience in software development or DevOps environments.
  • An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or science.
  • Experience working in international or multi-site teams.
  • Currently based in Ireland and already authorized to work there; work permit sponsorship is not available.
  • No work permit sponsorship is available.
