Opis

Set and deliver the contract-wide QHSE strategy across multiple sites, aligned with business and customer goals.
Promote a positive safety culture through behavioural safety initiatives, engagement programmes and leadership coaching.
Maintain compliance with UK health, safety, environmental and quality legislation, customer requirements and company standards.
Oversee audits, governance programmes and compliance reviews.
Ensure corrective actions are carried through effectively.
Review performance data, spot trends and turn findings into actions that reduce risk and improve operations.
Lead, coach and develop the multi-site QHSE team.
Strengthen QHSE capability among operational leaders.
Maintain strong working relationships with customers, regulators and other key stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Zahteve

Bring substantial senior QHSE leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or a comparable operational setting.
Have a track record of managing QHSE across multiple sites and leading teams spread across locations.
Know UK health and safety law, compliance obligations and management systems well.
Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent Level 6 qualification.
Hold Chartered IOSH membership or be working towards Chartered status.
Show success in establishing and sustaining a positive safety culture.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing abilities.
Have experience presenting to senior leaders and customers.
Use strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and drive meaningful performance gains.
Be willing to travel to other sites.
